Quotes Needed for Water Treatment Technology Services by CDCR

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has announced a request for proposal (RFQ) for maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. The performance period for this agreement is from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027, with an initial agreement not exceeding $180,000 as stated in the RFQ documents.

Interested vendors must participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be scheduled through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler before April 5. The deadline to submit a bid package is 2 p.m. on May 7. If it is deemed in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting agreement may be amended to extend the term and/or increase funding consistent with the original Scope of Services.
