Gran Turismo 7 was launched in March 2022 for PlayStation 4 and 5 and received positive reviews with an IGN score of 9/10. The game combines elements from the original Gran Turismo and Gran Turismo Sport while making minor missteps. Series development chief Kazunori Yamauchi praised the game’s active player base since its release due to its focus on competitive online racing.
